After a nourishing breakfast, guests will be transported to Mariscal Sucre Quito International Airport for their return flights. For those with later departures, there is an option to relax at Hacienda Zuleta or return to La Palma Polo Club to enjoy its amenities before heading to the airport.

Frequently Asked Questions
Where should I plan to fly into for this retreat?
For the initial gathering, you’ll need to arrange travel to Miami International Airport (MIA) to arrive on or before September 21, 2025. After our Miami welcome event, we will continue as a group to Quito, Ecuador, flying into Mariscal Sucre Quito International Airport (UIO). More details about group travel logistics, including suggested flights, will be shared closer to the event.
Do I need a passport or visa for this trip?
Yes, a valid passport is required for travel to Ecuador. For U.S. and Canadian citizens, your passport must be valid for at least six months beyond your return date. Both U.S. and Canadian citizens can enter Ecuador for tourism purposes without a visa for stays up to 90 days. If you hold a passport from another country, please verify Ecuador’s entry requirements specific to your nationality.
Where will we be staying in Ecuador?
You’ll be staying at the award-winning La Palma Polo Club, a luxurious retreat nestled in the scenic Puembo region of Quito, Ecuador. Renowned for its blend of elegance and tranquility, La Palma features beautifully designed villas with spacious rooms, private terraces, and access to luxurious amenities. These include horseback riding, a spa, tennis/pickleball courts, a fully equipped gym, a pool, and kayaking. The setting is designed to enhance both relaxation and the unique experiences of the retreat.
How far is La Palma Polo Club from the airport in Quito?
La Palma Polo Club is conveniently located in Puembo, about a 20-minute drive from Mariscal Sucre Quito International Airport. Upon arrival in Quito, we’ll coordinate airport-to-hotel transport to ensure you arrive comfortably and stress-free.
What is included in the all-inclusive ticket?
Each ticket includes lodging accommodations, three daily meals, all scheduled retreat activities, and access to La Palma’s luxury amenities. Additionally, we’ll coordinate airport-to-hotel transfers in Quito to make your arrival and departure smooth. Flights to and from Miami, along with personal expenses such as spa treatments or optional activities, are not included.
What should I pack for the retreat?
For the Miami welcome event and the first evening in Ecuador, we recommend cocktail attire. After that, resort-style clothing—such as linens, cottons, or other lightweight, breathable fabrics—is ideal for the retreat. We also encourage you to pack comfortable, versatile clothing for activities such as horseback riding, tennis, swimming, or excursions to explore Quito. Above all, dress in what makes you feel comfortable and confident!
What is your refund policy for early bird tickets?
We understand that unexpected changes can arise, and we want to support you while ensuring we can create the best retreat experience possible for everyone. Tickets are fully refundable within one week of purchase. After this period:
- Cancellations made more than 6 months before the retreat will receive a 75% refund.
- Cancellations between 6 months and 30 days before the retreat are eligible for a 50% refund.
- Unfortunately, cancellations within 30 days of the retreat are non-refundable due to final commitments with our partners.
We recommend considering travel insurance for additional peace of mind. If you have any concerns or unique circumstances, please reach out—we’re happy to work with you.
